top 10 tech trends

Indexed Forever » Churchill Club, Top 10 Tech Trends

Not so sure about each point neither ranking but I do beleive in : 3/ , 4/, 5/ , 9/ and am curious about 1/

Also for 9/, I would extend to the whole Asia, including India. Also let's not forget extended-Europe which will be interesting to watch. Especially on innovative social politics and integration of the new comers.

In case of doubt... farm it out !

Economist.com

I actually appreciated the whole survey "Make it Simple". Maybe because my current focus is centered around usability and performance...

But this one article raises a special interest as it talk about web services in the same way I think of it. The world is now ripe for Web services distributed through the ASP model.
We reached the tipping point. Where quantity, quality, and standards finally come together for the best and all of us to share. Why re-invent the wheel where the best of us already broke their teeth on, released a thousand version, fixed the bugs over and over again, refined their piece of code to the ultimate. Just oil it with SOAP and let it glide thru the pipes to reach your own delighted users !
