Involvement: Concept to Handover. Total project-time 14 months. Our focus was on the IT component of the project, including initial market research. We coordinated the development phase for all building blocks. A team of three mgmt. consultants were responsible for a total of 15 project leaders, 7 suppliers and a total staff of over 70. |

Involvement: Concept to Planning& Design. Total project time 6 months. The goal was to re-design all of the portals. We were tasked to lead the project team across the 27 countries, be the interface to the suppliers and part of the steering committee. User-centered design was applied in its full spectrum throughout each project phase. |

Through our partner wideopenwin.com we were brought in to create the localisation module for transLucid*, an open-source CMS that was co-developed by Theandb. Other websites will follow this year for the same client. |
